If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
